Mr. Daniel Roy, an engineer with over 42 years of experience, has acted as project manager and principal designer for hundreds of institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial projects of all sizes and complexities (maintenance, repair, refurbishment, expansion, and new construction). His approach advocates coordination, cooperation, optimization, periodic supervision, and innovation. His rich and diversified experience makes him particularly sensitive and attentive to the needs of the occupants (comfort, health and safety, maintenance, and operation) and aware of those of the client. The various constraints identified, expressed, or noted during site audits or discussions are taken into consideration and integrated in a judicious and optimal way. Mr. Roy is always involved in the services during construction, which is crucial to ensure a complete, optimal, and unambiguous integration of electromechanical systems at this crucial stage.
